The
SSE-BASE-128SJ is a VHF aviation base antenna ‘optimised’
for 118-138MHz. The 128SJ is of slim design (unobtrusive) with a strong
glass fibre tube. No ground planes are required! The
128SJ is DC grounded (DC short over
the ‘N’ socket) for reduced noise caused by
atmospheric discharges, etc. A Special broad banded half wave design
ensures a very good match over the whole 20MHz band width!
